Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 September 2026
This policy explains what information GEO Agency London (“we”, “us”) collects when you use this website or request a free AI-visibility audit, how we use it, and your rights. We keep this deliberately short and plain.
Who we are
GEO Agency London is a Generative Engine Optimisation practice based in London, United Kingdom. For any privacy question, or to exercise your rights, contact us at jonathan.mason@edgedigital.net.
What we collect
- Details you submit via our audit form: your name, work email, website, what you sell and (optionally) a preferred contact time or competitor names.
- Anonymous usage data from privacy-friendly analytics (see “Cookies” below). This does not identify you.
How we use it
- To prepare and send the free AI-visibility audit you requested, and to contact you about it.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.
Our lawful basis is your consent (when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and improving our site. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your agreement.
Who we share it with
- Form delivery: submissions are delivered to us via FormSubmit, which forwards the form to our inbox. Please review their terms before submitting.
- Analytics: we use Plausible Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-first tool that collects no personal data and does not track you across sites.
We do not otherwise share your information, except where required by law.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics are cookieless. Your browser may store minor preferences locally, but nothing that identifies you.
How long we keep it
We keep audit enquiries only as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our correspondence, then delete them. You can ask us to erase your details at any time.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or object to our use of it. Email us and we'll action it promptly. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes
We may update this policy; the “last updated” date above will always reflect the current version.
